Eligibility and license

You must be at least 18 years old to use Muslima Fit. The app is licensed, not sold, for your personal, noncommercial use. Your license is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.

Accounts and email sign-in

If you use passwordless email sign-in in the app to sync your account, you are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used for sign-in and for activity completed through a valid sign-in link sent to that address.

Provide accurate onboarding information and do not use another person’s email address without permission. You may permanently delete a linked account from Settings → Privacy & permissions → Delete account and app data.

Fitness and health notice

Muslima Fit provides general fitness, nutrition, and wellness information. It is not medical care and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Workout form feedback, calorie estimates, progress calculations, and AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Consult a qualified health professional before beginning or changing exercise or nutrition, particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an injury or health condition, take medication, or have a history of disordered eating. Stop exercising and seek appropriate care if you feel pain, dizziness, faintness, chest discomfort, or unusual shortness of breath.

Meal plans and food restrictions

AI-generated meal plans and recipes are suggestions, not medical nutrition therapy. Calorie and macro values are estimates. You are responsible for verifying ingredients, portions, preparation, and suitability for your needs.

Halal rules, allergens, and avoidances are generation constraints, but no AI recipe can be described as allergy-safe or guaranteed halal. Check product labels, certifications, restaurant practices, and cross-contamination risks before eating or serving a meal.

Subscriptions

Subscription name, duration, included access, price, trial eligibility, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple Account at least 24 hours before the current period ends. A trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before it ends.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in Apple Account settings and restore eligible purchases from the app. Apple processes billing and refund requests, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app or its services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, use automated systems to abuse AI or image generation, evade limits, upload unlawful material, or copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the app except where the law expressly allows it.

Content and third-party services

Muslima Fit and its licensors own the app, branding, software, workout materials, and other supplied content. You retain responsibility for content you choose to share through system tools.

Apple, OpenAI, and other third-party services have their own terms and policies. Their availability and decisions are outside Muslima Fit’s direct control.

Availability and changes

Features may change, be limited, or become unavailable, including because of device capability, internet access, App Store rules, provider availability, safety concerns, or maintenance. Muslima Fit may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or enforce these terms.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the app and its content are provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Muslima Fit is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on estimates, AI output, third-party services, or use contrary to safety guidance. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow to be limited.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
