Choose a focused single workout or keep moving through your active program. One-off sessions never replace or reset your plan.

Repeat each exercise in sets or repeat the whole workout in rounds. Choose your rest time, add a warm-up and cool-down, and check the equipment before you begin.
Turn your phone for landscape video. Follow spoken setup cues, encouragement, recovery reminders, and a clear countdown back into movement. Need more rest? Add 20 seconds or pause.

Build a week of halal recipes around your preferences, kitchen, and calorie target. Log the portions you actually eat and see calories, protein, carbs, and fat against your daily targets.
Ask the AI nutrition consultant about your logged intake and weekly weight check-ins. Upcoming meals can adapt to that history while keeping your chosen calorie target.
Nutrition and photo results are estimates, not medical advice. The AI consultant is not a dietitian.
